As I entered the house I saw my mother and father and brother sitting on sofa in the hall.

Father:- You whore where were you till this late . Must be sleeping around some boys right. Tell me where were you.

My father shouted

Ishanvi:- I got internship on ARS textiles and today was my first day of work I was doing my work and I got late (whispers)

Mother:- You liar You dared lie to us . Wait I will show the consequences of lying and speaking back .

She took le.. leather belt and started coming towards me. I don't know what should I do. I started shaking in fear but I wasn't able to move. My feets were frozen.

She started beating me I tried my best to not scream .

After 20 lashes they left me there .

I stood up with the support of wall and went towards my room which is in the basement.

I took bath with cold water as they never let me use warm water . I bandaged myself and wore my clothes.

After that I slept on the rug which was placed on the floor
